What is the ruling on prayer and purification for one who suffers from incontinence of waste products (wetness around the vulva and anus) morning and evening?

If the discharge of waste stops for a period sufficient for purification (ablution) and prayer, then wait for it to stop, then perform ablution and pray. If you fear the time for prayer will expire and the discharge has not stopped, then clean the area, take precautions, perform ablution, and pray. What exits thereafter will not harm you. However, if the discharge of fluid is continuous and does not stop for a period sufficient for ablution and prayer, then it falls under the ruling of سلس (incontinence/continuous discharge).
