Is "Treat people the way you like to be treated" the meaning of the Prophetic Hadith: "Let him wish for his brother what he wishes for himself"?

Whoever wishes to be distanced from the Fire and entered into Paradise, let him die a believer in Allah and the Last Day, and let him treat people the way he loves to be treated. This means that he should fulfill their rights by offering them sincere advice and good intentions, and that he should love for them what he loves for himself.
