Is it permissible to download and play sex games that are limited to seduction without nudity or the appearance of genitalia?

Games that arouse instincts and desires are not permissible to play, even if they do not contain forbidden scenes. This is to block the means (sadd al-dhari'a) to falling into what is forbidden. Scholars have also censured delicate, amorous poetry for the same reason.
