What is the ruling on a man and a woman pressing against each other in crowded public transportation?

It is not permissible for a man to press his body against an unrelated woman or to touch her, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof." The verse warns against the slightest connection, which is looking, and the most extreme connection, which is intercourse, which means that touching and pressing one's body against another are also forbidden.
