Do the bubbles that exit a woman's private parts invalidate ablution (Wudu')? And what is the ruling on one who experiences excessive obsessive doubts (Waswas) concerning ablution and prayer, and repeats the prayer due to doubt about their ablution being invalidated, or about the number of Raka'at (prayer units) and prostrations, or about the correct pronunciation of Al-Fatiha?
We advise you to consult a trustworthy psychiatrist. The cure for obsessive thoughts (waswas) is to disregard them and not pay attention to them. Ignoring obsessive thoughts is what Allah has prescribed. So, strive against yourself to turn away from them, for they are from the plots of Satan. This struggle requires patience and perseverance. When you perform ablution (wudu'), wash the limbs in the prescribed manner and do not pay attention to any obsessive thoughts. No matter how much Satan makes you imagine that you have not completed washing the limbs, do not pay attention. Pray without hesitation. If you doubt the number of prostrations, make them two and do not worry. Do not interrupt the prayer, no matter how much the obsessive thoughts increase. Do not invalidate your purity by imagining that something has exited unless you are absolutely certain that wind or something that nullifies ablution has exited.
