How is the inheritance divided among a mother, a pregnant wife, a son, a daughter, a full brother, five full sisters, and a maternal grandmother, taking into account the father's death, the existence of a son who died after him, and a minor brother?

If the deceased leaves no heirs other than those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth, and his wife receives one-eighth. The remainder goes to the children by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The grandmother, full brothers, and full sisters receive nothing. It is preferable to delay the distribution of the inheritance until the condition of the pregnancy is clear. However, if the children insist on immediate distribution, the inheritance of two male shares is withheld for the fetus. The estate is divided into 10,80 shares: the mother receives 1,680 shares, the wife 1,260 shares, the son 2,40 shares, and the daughter 1,20 shares. 4,80 shares are withheld for the fetus.
