ما الحديث الذي يشبه المؤمن بالنخلة؟
The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, likened the believer to a palm tree.
The similitude of the believer to a bee is mentioned in Imam Ahmad's Musnad, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, the likeness of the believer is like that of a bee: it eats good things, produces good things, and lands without breaking or corrupting." Ahmad Shakir authenticated its chain of narration, and the verifiers of the Musnad authenticated it through other chains.
Also, Ibn Hibban narrated from Abu Razin, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The likeness of the believer is like that of a bee: it eats nothing but good and produces nothing but good." Hussein Assad weakened this narration in his verification of Sahih Ibn Hibban, but he mentioned supporting narrations for it, including the aforementioned hadith.
The wordings mentioned in the question are not the exact text of the hadith.
