ما هي الأيام التي لا يجوز فيها صيام من يصوم صيام داود؟

The fast of David (peace be upon him) is the most beloved fast to Allah. It consists of fasting one day and breaking the fast the next. He would sleep half the night, stand in prayer for a third of it, and sleep for a sixth of it. The days forbidden for fasting are: the day of Eid al-Fitr, the day of Eid al-Adha, and the three days of Tashreeq thereafter, except for those who cannot find an offering (hady) during the days of Tashreeq.
