Will a person be judged in the same way as someone who was born and raised in a righteous society and someone who was born and grew up in a non-Muslim environment where destructive ideologies hostile to Islam are prevalent? And how can the Qur’an be “made easy for remembrance” when the majority of the world’s population does not understand the Arabic language, and many Muslims do not even understand Surat Al-Fatiha? And what is the wisdom behind Islam not reaching most parts of the world due to geographical reasons?

Allah does not punish anyone except after establishing proof against them through the sending of messengers and the propagation of the call [to Islam]. And whoever has not received the correct call will be tested in the plains of resurrection. The propagation of the call is not limited to conquests only, but also occurs through individual Muslims such as merchants and sailors.

The facilitation of the Qur’an for remembrance means its facilitation for memorization, recitation, and comprehension, and this is among the proofs of truth. Scholars have differed in interpreting this; some said it is a facilitation for memorization and recitation, some said it is a facilitation for understanding its meanings, and some said it is a facilitation for its recitation for people of every tongue.

The argument of the Qur’an stands for the non-Arab from several aspects: 1. The miraculous nature of the Qur’an in its style and eloquence, which the Arabs, masters of rhetoric, were unable to match. 2. The many aspects of its miraculous nature in the Qur’an that do not differ across languages, such as legislating for the good of society, how to build a strong nation from nothing, and speaking about cosmic phenomena discovered by modern science. 3. The complete harmony between Qur’anic expression and modern scientific discoveries, which indicates the miraculous nature of the Qur’an for the non-Arab.

Muslims must invite non-Muslims and explain the meanings of the Qur’an to them, and non-Muslims must seek the truth if they hear about Islam.
