Is it permissible to seek divorce because of the wife's desire to return to her home country, the husband's repeated change of mind and his nervousness, despite his love and need for her?

A woman is Islamically forbidden from seeking a divorce from her husband without a legitimate religious reason, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without any legitimate cause will be forbidden the scent of Paradise." The wife's desire to return to her country or the husband's quick temper are not considered legitimate reasons for seeking a divorce. It is necessary to consider engaging in dialogue with the husband and reaching an understanding with him on the principles of interaction and resolving problems with mutual respect, as both are commanded to treat the other with kindness. Efforts must be made to reconcile between the husband and his family, and between him and the wife's family, to avoid the consequences of discord and estrangement.
