Do not pursue doubts, nor preoccupy yourself with them. Instead, you must seek beneficial knowledge that enables you to worship Allah in a manner that pleases Him. Adhere to the methodology of the Ahl al- wa al-Jama'ah, and beware of examining the doubts of atheists, disbelievers, and dissenters. Make your heart like a "solid glass bottle," through which doubts pass over its surface without settling within it.
