Is the damaged skin that peels off due to fungi between the toes, which is sometimes removed by hand, considered impure (najis)?

The parts that fall off a human body are pure, because the human dead body is pure. This is supported by the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, a believer does not become impure," and his saying: "Whatever is cut from a living animal is dead." Scholars have analogized from this that whatever is severed from a living being is like its dead body in terms of purity and impurity. Therefore, whatever falls from your skin is pure, not impure.
