What is the ruling on working at the Export Development Bank, which deals with loans and interest, knowing that the nature of work at the bank is better than the current workplace, and the salary is higher?

Working in usurious banks is not permissible except in cases of dire necessity, such as the unavailability of another job that fulfills basic needs. As long as you can find work in a non-usurious bank, it is not permissible for you to work in a usurious bank, because the reasons mentioned for transferring are not a justification for engaging in a forbidden act that assists in usury, which is considered one of the major sins. Allah Almighty said: "Say, 'Not equal are the evil and the good, although the abundance of evil might impress you.' So fear Allah, O you who possess understanding, that you may succeed."
