Is it permissible to continue building on agricultural land that I inherited, after human bones were found during excavation, knowing that the age of the bones was estimated at about 100 years?

It is forbidden to exhume a grave or build upon it as long as there remains any trace of the deceased's bones or hair; because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Breaking the bone of a deceased person is like breaking it when he is alive," and because he forbade plastering graves, building upon them, sitting or walking on them, and praying towards them. The graveyard is an endowment for the dead as long as their traces remain therein.
