The expiation for an oath is feeding ten poor persons with the average food you provide your families, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If one cannot find any of these, then fasting for three days.

It is sufficient for feeding to give one mudd of rice (approximately 750 grams), with the recommendation of adding a condiment. If one provides them lunch or dinner with the average food they eat, that is sufficient.

It is permissible to transfer the expiation to another country.

If the food of the people in another country is fava beans, it is permissible to feed them fava beans for the expiation. However, it is better and more cautious to give from your own average food. And if you provide your family with a condiment, then provide the poor with a condiment.
