What is the interpretation of the verse: "And when a Surah is revealed, some of them look at others, [as if to say], 'Does anyone see you?' Then they turn away. Allah has turned their hearts away because they are a people who do not understand"?

This verse describes the state of the hypocrites when verses of the Quran revealing their flaws were revealed. They would exchange scornful and resentful glances, asking each other, "Does anyone see you?" Then they would slip away stealthily, fearing exposure. Allah has turned their hearts away from faith because of their lack of understanding and contemplation.
