Are the brothers of the woman who breastfed the questioner, who are her brothers through rada'a (because she was breastfed by another woman), considered maternal uncles to the questioner?

This woman from whom you nursed, if she has brothers by suckling or by blood relation, then they are your mahrams, because they are in the position of your maternal uncles by blood relation, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "What is prohibited by lineage is prohibited by suckling."
