Is there any proof that jinn enter humans?

There is evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah that jinn can enter humans. From the Qur'an, Allah Almighty says: ﴿Those who consume interest will not stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity.﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 275]. From the Sunnah, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ﴿Indeed, Satan flows through the son of Adam like blood.﴾ Imam Ahmad and Al-Bayhaqi also narrated hadiths from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding the expulsion of jinn from the bodies of those afflicted by possession. This is the view of the Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah and the imams of the Salaf, and reality bears witness to it, without denying other causes for madness.
