The question

What is the ruling on one who weakens before lusts and obscene images, and how should he deal with the problem of continuous urinary dribbling and premature ejaculation after stopping masturbation? And what should one do if he goes to school in a state of janabah and his teacher asks him to recite the Quran? And is it permissible for a man to shave the hair between his eyebrows?

The answer

One must repent and immediately cease the forbidden habit. If semen is discharged, (ritual bath) is obligatory after its cessation. If the discharge continues and does not stop, do not perform ghusl unless you fear the time for prayer will expire; in that case, your ruling is that of one afflicted with perpetual discharge (sahib al-salas). As for removing hair between the eyebrows, it is preferable to leave it as a precaution. However, some scholars permit it if the hair is excessively thick or if it is not considered part of the eyebrows.
