What is the evidence that Surat Abasa was revealed to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and not to Uthman ibn Affan, in refutation of those who claim that, based on verses such as "And indeed, you are of a great moral character"?

If the teacher denies that Surah Abasa is part of the Quran, he is an apostate, a disbeliever who has left the fold of Islam. What the teacher has stated is refuted by the transmission of the surah by all reciters through continuous chains of narration (mutawatir asanid) from the Companions, who received it from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. This is also transmitted by the hadith scholars and exegetes, who mentioned the reason for its revelation. One should not learn from this teacher. What emanated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in terms of frowning, does not contradict his good manners, and its reason was his eagerness for the polytheists to be guided. He did not harm Ibn Umm Maktum because he was blind.
