Is treating students with harshness and strictness in teaching—in a way that provokes student complaints and their description of the teacher as arrogant and conceited, leading them to say "Allah is sufficient for me, and He is the best Disposer of affairs," or causing them intense fear—a violation of the noble Prophet’s Hadith: "Everyone who is lenient, soft, and close to people is forbidden to the Fire"?

Justice and fulfilling contracts are obligatory in dealings. Part of justice is treating students according to the agreed-upon conditions, and fulfilling these conditions is obligatory. The institute should require students to attend and adhere to the curriculum, treat them with justice and kindness, and not be lenient in their teaching and examination, as that is a form of deception. The teacher must treat students in a way that benefits them, not just pleases them, while taking into account that these students are the product of an educational system that may have problems. Therefore, there should be some overlooking, facilitation, and leniency without compromising integrity, while attempting to rectify matters gradually.
