You must sincerely repent and conceal your sin, not telling anyone what happened, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever is afflicted with any of these abominations, let him conceal it with Allah's cover." It is also advised to care for your husband and supplicate for his guidance.
