Does Allah Almighty know the destiny of a human being — whether they are among the people of Paradise or the people of Hellfire — before their creation and their coming into this world?

The hadiths indicate that Allah ordained the measures of all things fifty thousand years before the creation of the heavens and the earth, and His Throne was upon water. The first thing created was the Pen, to inscribe the measures of everything until the Day of Judgment. Similarly, an angel is sent to a human while still in their mother's womb to write down their provision, lifespan, deeds, and whether they will be wretched or سعيدة. These hadiths confirm Allah's prior knowledge of who will enter Paradise and who will enter Hell, and belief in this is obligatory, while doubting it is disbelief and apostasy.
