Is it permissible to invest usurious funds in a permissible project, then donate an amount equivalent to the usurious funds after the project succeeds?

It is not permissible to engage in usury with the intention of disposing of it or donating it later, as this is a deception from Iblees (Satan); because usury is a grave major sin that is not permissible except in cases of dire necessity. Allah is pure and accepts only what is pure, therefore, charity from usurious money is not permissible. However, if usurious gains have been received, they must be spent on the poor to dispose of them, without personally benefiting from them.
