The answer

Working in a usurious bank is forbidden (haram) due to its being a cooperation in sin and aggression, in accordance with the Almighty Allah's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression" (Quran 5:2), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury), the one who pays it, the one who writes it down, and the two who witness it. And he said: They are all alike." The wage received from it is unlawful (haram) and not owned. The woman must repent and leave the job, and her brother must prevent her from it, as he is responsible for her. Neither of them is permitted to benefit from any part of this salary.
