What is the authenticity of the two hadiths: "A person emigrates for four reasons: spreading the call (Da'wah), striving in the way of Allah (Jihad), seeking knowledge, or for medical treatment" and "I am innocent of him who lives between the two eras," with the interpretation that "the two eras" refers to Western countries?

The first Hadith (definition), "I am innocent of the one who lives between two eras," was not narrated from the Prophet, peace be upon him. As for the other Hadith, it perhaps refers to: "I am innocent of every Muslim who resides among the polytheists," which was narrated by Abu Dawud and authenticated by Al-Albani, without the phrase "the mind."
