Is what the questioner does—repeatedly purifying himself from prostatic fluid (madhy) that exits after seeing or thinking about something that arouses desire, and which continues for an hour or two—considered obsessive behavior, or is it the correct action, especially given that he does not pray until he is sure the fluid has stopped exiting?

This discharge is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), and the method of purification from it is explained in Fatwa no. 59304.

If the emission of madhy is doubtful, do not pay attention to the doubt, as the default is its non-emission. You are not required to search, and acting upon the default is sufficient for you.

However, if you are certain that drops of madhy have been emitted, wait until it stops, then purify yourself and pray. You are not required to go to the restroom repeatedly. Rather, wait until it stops or until you strongly believe it has stopped, then wash the affected area, sprinkle water on any clothing that has been soiled, and perform wudu' for prayer. You are not afflicted with incontinence (sals).
