Is it permissible to give zakat money to a married sister whose husband is stingy and does not spend on her, especially since she supports herself and her children and is in need of money to complete her education?

It is permissible to give Zakat to a poor student of worldly knowledge who cannot afford his expenses, provided that the knowledge he is studying is permissible and necessary for him to obtain a job or employment. Sheikh Taqi al-Din chose the permissibility of taking Zakat to purchase scientific books necessary for the benefit of religion and the world. Based on this, there is no objection to giving the sister Zakat money in this case.
