Is it permissible for me to take zakat from my sister to cover my study expenses, given that I have no income and rely on her for my expenses?

If a person is capable of earning a living, it is not permissible for him to take from zakat funds, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no share in it for the rich nor for the strong, able-bodied earner." However, if he is unable to earn a living, it is permissible for his sister to pay him zakat from her wealth; in fact, he is more deserving of it than others, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Charity given to a poor person is one reward, but charity given to a relative is two: one for charity and one for maintaining kinship ties."
