How can I be guided to a solution or hope in light of my husband's insistence on divorce despite my psychological and physical suffering and my desire to preserve our daughter's stability, knowing that he rejects family interventions and acts aggressively, and falsely accuses me, while I see a glimmer of hope in his maintaining prayer and his love for his daughter?

كثرة الدعاء له بالصلاح والهداية، وتحذيره من قذف المحصنات، فهو من السبع الموبقات. تزويده بالكتب والأشرطة النافعة التي تبين له حرمة قذف المسلم بالفاحشة، وكيفية تعامل الرجل مع أهله. فإن لم يتعظ فالطلاق مخرج شرعي، وينفذ الطلاق وإن كانت الزوجة رافضة له.

Translation:

Pray abundantly for his righteousness and guidance, and warn him against slandering chaste women, for it is one of the seven destructive sins. Provide him with beneficial books and tapes that explain the impermissibility of accusing a Muslim of indecency and how a man should treat his family. If he does not heed these warnings, then divorce is a legitimate solution, and the divorce should be carried out even if the wife is unwilling.
