It is presumed that this maniyy was discharged during sleep, and ghusl is obligatory even if you do not recall a wet dream. However, if it is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), then wudu' (ablution) is required, and whatever it touched on the body and clothes must be purified. If it is ordinary discharge, then only wudu' is required. If you are unsure about the type of fluid, you may choose the ruling for any of them.
