What must be done to embrace Islam?

Entering Islam is a great blessing and a return to one's natural disposition. It is simple, as it is achieved by pronouncing the Shahada (testimony of faith) without requiring formal rituals or public declaration before scholars or in court. Upon saying the Shahada, a person becomes Muslim, with the same rights and responsibilities as other Muslims, and must then perform the visible acts of worship, such as prayer and fasting, while learning the rulings of worship to ensure their correctness.

It is also recommended to register their conversion in the Islamic court and update official documents, while focusing on seeking knowledge, doing righteous deeds, and keeping company with good people, avoiding corrupt individuals and harmful environments that may negatively impact their faith.
