Is a deceased person considered buried if they have been placed in their grave but the grave has not yet been sealed?

The Arabic language allows for two meanings of the word "dafn" (burial): The first is placing the deceased in the grave, even if earth has not yet been cast over them. The second is leveling the grave completely. Accordingly, it is correct to say that the deceased has been "buried" (dufina) if they have been placed in their grave, even if earth has not yet been cast over them.
