If your maternal aunt breastfed your mother five full feedings before your mother reached the age of two, then your maternal aunt becomes your mother's foster mother, and consequently, your foster grandmother. All of your maternal aunt's children become your foster maternal uncles and aunts, and her male children are permitted to see you without due to the state of mahramiyyah between you. What is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by fosterage.
