What is the ruling if the company owner gives money and says, "It is made permissible and gifted to you," and how can one dispose of this money if it has been taken or spent and cannot be returned to the ministry?

The employee who purchases furniture for his ministry acts as an agent for it. It is not permissible for him to take money from the seller unless the ministry gives him permission. If the ministry grants him permission, then it is permissible to take it. Otherwise, he must hand the money over to the ministry, or spend it on the poor and needy if handing it over is impossible or if it would be taken by someone undeserving.
