What is the ruling on the phrase "illiteracy eradication"?

An illiterate person is one who can neither read nor write. Removing this ignorance is a religiously commanded duty, as evidenced by the Almighty's saying: "Recite in the name of your Lord who created. Created man from a clinging substance. Recite, and your Lord is the Most Generous. Who taught by the pen. Taught man that which he knew not." These verses command reading and implicitly indicate the importance of learning to write. Therefore, there is no objection to the term "literacy eradication."
