No text has been reported that specifies the language in which they will question, and Allah is capable of creating a means of understanding between the deceased and the angels. As for the disbelievers, they are addressed by the ancillary rulings of the Sharia and will be held accountable for them, but their deeds will not be accepted from them except after belief.
