Is one accused of Irjaa if they say: "Faith is the foundation, and action is its perfection (a branch)?"

The category of action is a condition for the soundness of faith, and whoever says that it is a condition for perfection is not accused of Irjaa' (postponement); because he may not approve of the Murji'ah's doctrine, and he may have predecessors among the people of knowledge in that. This issue should not preoccupy Muslims to the point of discord, especially if they agree on the necessity and importance of action.
