Is Irja' the belief that deeds are not part of faith, or the belief that deeds are part of faith but not applied? And is that considered wickedness or hypocrisy?

Whoever believes that deeds are part of the definition of faith is not a Murji’i. And whoever’s actions contradict their words is disobedient to Allah Almighty, and their disobedience may be disbelief (kufr), hypocrisy (nifaq), or wickedness (fisq), according to what the Sharia indicates. They are not considered a disbeliever إلا if they commit that which necessitates apostasy.
