Is it permissible for a father to disinherit his eldest son, who contributed to the growth of wealth, from some of the properties when distributing them equally with his younger siblings who did not contribute, and what are the rights of the first wife to her husband's properties?

The wife's rights upon her husband are maintenance, clothing, and housing according to what is customary. If a son contributes to the development of his father's wealth, and his intention was to assist and donate, then he has no right to the money. However, if his intention was to participate, then he is entitled to compensation for his work. If he had no specific intention, then reference should be made to the prevailing custom in the country. The father must be just between his wives and his children during his lifetime, and after his death, the inheritance is to be divided according to what Allah Almighty has prescribed.
