If someone experiences urine drops after urinating, and they wash the trace of these drops from their underwear and perform ' (ritual cleansing) after the drops cease, then their purification and cleanliness are valid. One can protect the underwear from being soiled by placing tissues between the private part and the clothing. When performing wudu' and prayer, these tissues should be removed, and istinja' and wudu' should be performed. Patience with this affliction is required, and seeking treatment is advised.
