Is it permissible to divorce one's wife due to an inability to be intimate with her and an attraction to others, knowing that there are two children and fearing falling into injustice?

You must repent to Allah Almighty for wronging your wife, mistreating her, and abandoning her without justification, as well as repent for engaging in the unlawful act with her relative. Repentance involves ceasing the sin, regretting having committed it, resolving not to return to it, and seeking your wife's forgiveness. True repentance also includes avoiding the causes of sin, concealing one's faults, and not publicizing the sin. If you repent to Allah, repentance erases what came before it. Live with your wife honorably, and do not dwell on the past forbidden relationship. If you are unable to live with her honorably, there is no harm in divorcing her. We note that describing forbidden relationships as "betrayal" between spouses might be understood as condemning them because they are a betrayal of the wife, not because they are a disobedience to Allah. This understanding contradicts Islamic law.
