Is the Muslim's saying, "By the life of my religion, I will do such and such," considered an oath and a vow?

A legal oath is only valid when made by the names or attributes of Allah, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever takes an oath, let him swear by Allah or remain silent." Therefore, the statement mentioned is not considered an oath.
