Is a fiancé's outing with his fiancée permissible, knowing that the Quran mentions the permissibility of speaking in a conventional manner?

The suitor is a stranger to his fiancée, so it is not permissible for him to go out with her, look at her, or be in seclusion with her before the marriage contract. Once the contract is concluded, these actions become permissible for him. Allah Almighty says: ﴿So do not be soft in speech [to men], lest he in whose heart is disease should covet, but speak with appropriate words.﴾ [Al-Ahzab: 32]. This means that a woman should address strangers with speech that is free from softness, and it should be only as much as needed and within the Islamic guidelines. If the suitor wishes to get to know his fiancée, it is permissible for them to sit together once or twice as needed, but a mahram (definition) must be present with them, and seclusion with her is not permissible; for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No man is alone with a woman but her mahram is with her," and "but Satan is the third of them."
