What is the ruling on graphic designs that contain images of women with uncovered faces, knowing that the designer considers it permissible for the face to be uncovered, sees no fitnah (temptation/strife) in the designs, and they have already been published?

It is not forbidden to create and publish designs that include images of women's faces, as long as the designer imitates those who permit the uncovering of the face. However, it is better to avoid this to prevent temptation (fitna).
