Is it permissible for a daughter to say, "Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for me, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs," against her oppressive mother, knowing that the oppression here is emotional?

This remembrance is prescribed for disliked situations or fear. It is permissible for the sister to say it when her mother wrongs her, but without the mother hearing it and without intending to supplicate against her. The mother should fear Allah and stop wronging her daughter, for injustice will be darkness on the Day of Judgment. We advise the sister to be patient, seek reward from Allah, be dutiful to her mother, and obey her in what is good.
