What is the ruling on leaving a newspaper on the street that contains the name of Allah, and is that considered disbelief, and is repentance accepted without first removing the newspaper?

One must strive, to the best of their ability, to elevate any writing that is venerated in Islamic law, such as the "Beautiful Names of Allah" and the "names of prophets." As for other writings, elevating them is preferable if easy, but one is not obliged to seek out all newspapers and papers due to the fear of hardship and difficulty, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah does not intend to make any difficulty for you" and "He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty." And the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, the best of your religion is the easiest of it" and "Indeed, religion is ease." And in the jurisprudential rule: "Difficulty brings ease." And the door of repentance is open for all who repent.
