Is it permissible for a wife to bequeath all of her money to her husband after her death?

If a wife bequeaths all her wealth to her husband, and she has heirs other than him, then the will is not executed unless the other heirs consent, because a bequest to an heir is legally prohibited. However, if the wife has no heir other than her husband, and she bequeaths all her wealth to him, then he takes all the wealth as inheritance and bequest.
