Is the Hadith: "All praise is due to Allah, to whose greatness everything humbles itself; all praise is due to Allah, to whose power everything submits; all praise is due to Allah, to whose might everything abases itself; all praise is due to Allah, to whose dominion everything yields," and of which it is said that its reciter will have a thousand good deeds written for him, be elevated a thousand degrees, and have seventy thousand angels appointed by Allah to seek forgiveness for him until the Day of Resurrection, narrated by Al-Tabari, authentic?

The aforementioned hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani from Ibn Umar, and its wording is: "Whoever says: 'All praise is due to Allah, to Whose عظمه (greatness) everything humbles itself; and all praise is due to Allah, to Whose عزته (might) everything submits; and all praise is due to Allah, to Whose ملكه (sovereignty) everything yields; and all praise is due to Allah, to Whose قدرته (power) everything surrenders,' and he says it not seeking what is with Him (of worldly gain), Allah will record for him a thousand good deeds, raise him a thousand degrees, and assign seventy thousand angels to seek forgiveness for him until the Day of Resurrection." However, Al-Haythami said in "Majma' al-Zawa'id" that the hadith is weak due to the presence of Yahya ibn Abdullah Al-Babalati in its chain of narration, and he is weak.
