What is the ruling on the action of a husband who bought a plot of land with his wife's money, registered it in his name, then sold it and paid off his debt with it without her knowledge or permission? And does the wife have the right to demand her due despite the husband's threat of divorce if anyone from the family is involved?

The husband's action is forbidden (haram), sinful, and unjust, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim is not lawful except with his willing consent." He must know that spending on his wife is an obligation upon him, and it is not permissible for him to threaten her with divorce to take her money. The wife has three options: to forgive him and waive the money, or to leave her right for the Day of Judgment and remain with him, or to take her right, after which the husband has a choice.
